Nicole was the perfect host. There was nothing we needed she hadn’t thought about. We were very much at home in the condo and it was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and activity while being situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay and would recommend this listing. The icing on the cake was how easy Nicole is to communicate with. She’s a gem!

Nicole was the perfect hostess and responded immediately any questions! This place looked exactly like the pictures and is perfectly located! We loved having beach chairs and supplies and beach towels! The kitchen was well stocked and she even provided cereal and mild for breakfast! We will definitely stay again!! Loved it!!

This condo was so thoughtful and fun! My 5 year old (and adults) loved the arcade machine and screened porch toys. There’s books for everyone and board games. Everything was clean, new and organized. The beds are super comfortable and tv worked great. Only a few minute walk to beach, restaurant and surf shop. Wagon , towels and sand toys included! Also, great communication by host with a handwritten welcoming card too! Easy access to front door and pool. Nothing! 3 flights up to keep in mind. We enjoyed the exercise and took it with ease, but would be aware in case of limited mobility or elderly guests.

The condo was perfect. Nicole put a lot of thought into making it feel comfortable and like a home. From decorations to amenities our needs were met. Beach essentials, games, snacks were all provided. Would definitely book again if we are in the area.

This condo was incredible for our family with young children. Not only is it spacious, and well stocked with beach essentials and games; the screened in porch was such a great place to relax as a family. It felt very private and being that you’re on the 3rd floor surrounded by mature trees a little like a tree fort, which our kids loved! Nicole was great with all her communication and recommendations of kid friendly restaurants and activities; and the house was spotless! We would happily stay again!

What a gem. My wife kept remarking "this place is so cute". This place really ticks all the boxes. Well decorated, cute, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, large and private screened in porch and great location. It's also only a nine minute easy walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again.
